Bad Touch is a unique submachine gun manufactured by Maliwan.
In Borderlands 2, it is given the kickoff time as a advantage from Moxxi for providing tips, and can just be obtained once per character.
In Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, this weapon does not driblet, and can merely be obtained via third-political party programs.
Special Weapon Effects
When I'grand expert, I'chiliad very good... – Always corrosive. +70% critical hit impairment. While wielding this gun, whatsoever impairment washed by the character heals them at a rate of 2% of the damage inflicted.
Usage & Description
The Bad Touch is an extremely powerful variant of the Maliwan Venom submachine gun, with a high base and elemental result harm. It is a particularly good weapon for Siren builds, since their grade mod bonuses to submachine guns and elemental impairment serve to make the already powerful weapon even better. While the corrosive element is only usable against armored enemies, information technology is more effective at such purposes than most other SMGs.
Notes
- Self-inflicted damage and damage done by explosive barrels to the character will trigger the Bad Touch on'south healing effect.
- In co-op, Moxxi tin honor this weapon once per visit to Sanctuary. If plenty subsequent tips are given to be awarded the Bad Touch (or Good Impact, information technology happens with both), she will give the accolade dialog and the tip jar will lock, but she will not commencement the blitheness of offering the weapon. Leaving and re-inbound Sanctuary will fix this.
- The Bad Touch tin can only be obtained once per character. Even so, it tin can be repeatedly obtained using co-op. A new, 2d character is created to tip Moxxi, who will then offering the Bad Touch scaled to the host graphic symbol's level.
- If the grapheme leaves Sanctuary without taking the gun and re-enters, Moxxi will still offer ane when plenty money has been spent and can be repeated until the gun is taken.
- Earlier completing A Dam Fine Rescue, Moxxi tin can give a 2nd Bad Affect.
- After that, Moxxi will only give the Expert Touch for the rest of the playthrough.
Trivia
- The weapon'southward full title in the game files is "Miss Moxxi's Bad Affect"; however, "Miss Moxxi's" is treated equally a prefix by the game engine and can exist replaced with other prefixes.
- The flavour text, forth with the text from Expert Touch, refers to a line in the Mae Due west movie, I'g No Affections. The line itself is a reference to a poem by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow.
